EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST
Thoughtful strategy, flawless delivery, exceptional outcomes.
Ken Webb is an award-winning filmmaker, editor, writer, and director with more than 25 years of experience in film, television, and digital media. Known for his strong storytelling instincts and editorial precision, Ken has built a career creating original content that is both emotionally engaging and visually distinctive.
After earning his B.F.A. in Film & Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Ken began his professional career at VH1 as a writer-producer-director, where he developed on-air campaigns and sharpened the skills that would define his work: clarity of voice, strong pacing, and an instinct for audience connection.
Over the years, Ken has collaborated with major networks and studios including Netflix, Nickelodeon, AMC Networks, Comedy Central, Showtime, MTV, Bravo, and ESPN. His work spans trailers, brand campaigns, music videos, documentaries, web series, and feature films — always grounded in story and executed with technical excellence.
As a feature filmmaker, Ken wrote, directed, and edited the romantic comedy Make My Mark, which won the Grand Prix for Best Feature Film at the Japan Indies Film Festival. His action-comedy Serious Laundry was a centerpiece selection at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and went on to win multiple awards. Earlier in his career, his short film The Waiters aired on PBS and Bravo and was runner-up for a Student Academy Award.
His mini-documentary Subway Alarm, published by The New York Times, prompted the removal of unnecessary and disruptive alarms that sounded whenever passengers exited the NYC subway system through service doors — an issue that had gone unaddressed for nine years before the film brought public attention to it.
As a cinematographer, he has shot feature films, music videos, web series and commercial campaigns. Most recently, he has expanded into high-end tabletop product cinematography, bringing his storytelling sensibility and visual precision to elevated commercial work.
In addition to his production work, Ken has shared his passion for filmmaking as an Adjunct Professor of Film Production at New York University, mentoring emerging filmmakers through hands-on 16mm production and traditional editing techniques.
Whether crafting a national promo campaign, a music-driven documentary, or a feature-length narrative, Ken approaches every project with the same goal: tell the story well, serve the audience, and elevate the brand or artist he’s collaborating with.
